We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start the return process, you can contact us at service@famsupply.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

This is better than expected, I removed the input nozle and used a screw on connector. With our water pressure it sprays a gentle shower about 2 metres from device which is ideal for our 20 sqm lawn. Have to say I am very pleased with it.Update: a lot of water leaks out from the input joint

Works exceptionally well with our expanding hose, a good 6m spread, however with our Hozelock yellow hose it’s under half the spread. Overall excellent value for money!

Cheap but works perfectly, gives great coverage, easily 20ft squared. Can adjust the spread by reducing water pressure.Came with a outside tap splitter but had bought a brass version.Some mention unbranded bag, cheap etc etc, I’ve used it for the past 4days and it’s been spot on.

This product is so easy to use and so effective. I have a 40ft garden and it reaches the width of the garden easily all I have to do is drag it down. Plus super bonus kids love it and are in the garden more running through it. Yes, would recommend for affordability and effectiveness.
